Vitalis

Human readiness infrastructure

The body warns early.

The signals that precede a breakdown already exist — scattered across records, wearables, and sensors. No one reads them together. We do.

Built in the military first

One person. One record. Read before the damage is done.

What we do

One model of the person

Every signal a body produces sits in a different system, and each system sees a sliver. Vitalis brings them onto one set of rails and resolves them into a single longitudinal record — one model of a person, growing with every source it reads.

01

Connect

Wearables, sensors, labs, assessments, and the medical record run through one pipe. Vendor-agnostic by design.

02

Resolve

Signals resolve into one continuous record per person, rather than a set of disconnected readings.

03

Read

The record reads at the level that matters — for the individual, and for the people responsible for a team.

Where we start

Hardest signal, highest stakes

We began in the U.S. military, working alongside special operations forces. Our first focus is brain health and the cumulative effects of exposure over a career — the hardest signal to read, in the place where reading it matters most.

Nothing about the record is specific to it. The same rails carry what the body needs read next.

Domain

Brain health

Cumulative exposure, read across a career rather than a single visit.

Environment

Operational

Built for conditions where the data is messy and the consequences are real.

Design

Vendor-agnostic

No dependence on one device, one lab, or one system of record.

How we handle data

Health data is held to a higher standard

A record that follows someone for a lifetime only works if they trust it. Our commitments are the same for every person on the platform.

  • Consent first Health data is connected only with the explicit, informed consent of the person it belongs to, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time.
  • Used for care, never for advertising Personal health data is used to deliver the service to the individual. We do not sell personal health data, and we do not use it for advertising or marketing.
  • Minimum necessary We collect what the record requires to be useful, and no more.
  • Encrypted and access-controlled Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to those who need it to operate the service or deliver care.
  • Research is de-identified Research and model development are conducted on de-identified data, separately from the identified record.
  • Portable and erasable People can request a copy of their data, or its deletion.
